Civic Center  Replace roof at Council Chamber Building and Library (Maintaining and Enhancing Infrastructure; Fiscal Sustainability)  Complete front entry safety improvements at City Hall (Enhancing Public Safety) Corporation Yard  Install industrial shelving (Protecting the Environment)  Install material bin covers in support of storm water pollution prevention (Protecting the Environment)  Replace remaining cubicles in office area (Maintaining and Enhancing Infrastructure) Financial Comments The funding for maintenance for the Police Station, Civic Center, and Corporation Yard is funded through the Building Maintenance Fund, which is an Internal Service Fund that recovers the cost of maintaining City facilities by charging the departments that use those facilities. An additional fee is charged for the scheduled future replacement of major building equipment, such as mechanical systems.
