Project Description The purpose of this project is to produce planning documents for City infrastructure. The current schedule for the development of these documents is:

FY 2024-25 - In Progress – Transportation Master Plan FY 2024-25 - In Progress – Sewer System Master Plan FY 2025-26 - Parks, Recreation and Trails Master Plan

FY 2025-26 - Water System Master Plan FY 2026-27 - Storm System Master Plan FY 2028-29 - Sewer System Master Plan

Project Justification The development and updates of infrastructure planning documents is needed to verify the future infrastructure needs of the City in alignment with the City’s General Plan.
