YOUTH

KEMPO KARATE - 45 MINS AGE: 6-12 The Karate program is offered in three levels. Students will learn self-defense techniques against grabs, punches and kicks. They will gain confidence, self-control, discipline, strength, flexibility, focus, respect, and build character. Sparring will be practiced with matches and sparring drills. All classes are paid for on a monthly basis. Payment must be received prior to the first day of the month. Uniforms and protective gear may be purchased from instructor. Youth Karate

LIL' DRAGONS KARATE AGE: 4-8 The Karate program is offered in three levels. This is a fun class that teaches safety, life skills, and martial arts. The focus is to improve coordination, cooperation, respect, balance, self-control, and self-confidence. All classes are paid for on a monthly basis. Payment must be received prior to the first day of the month. Uniforms and protective gear may be purchased from instructor.
