PICKLEBALL 101 AGE: 18/UP If you have a basic understanding of the rules, techniques and scoring but would like to work on improving your skills and learning strategies of the game, this class is for you! We will focus on perfecting your shot accuracy as well as effective ball placement. Students will have ample play time to develop those key skills in a team match play environment. Students will improve their pickleball game to the next level and have a fun social experience. Please bring your own pickleball paddle. Students will master scoring and get comfortable with the flow of the game, all while engaging in a fun social environment. Please bring your own pickleball paddle. Adult Sports TENNIS: ADULTS - BEGINNER II / INTERMEDIATE AGE: 18/UP The objective of this class is to continue building a sound foundation for students who have taken beginner classes or beginner players who want to improve their skill level. Prerequisite: student should be able to execute basic strokes and serve, and trying to keep a ball in play. Instructor: Al Ganir, Certified USPTA Instructor Location: Community Park, Tennis Court #7 Daily 09/12-09/26 09:00 AM-10:00 AM Fee: $190.00 CRC Member: $180.00 TENNIS: ADULTS - BEGINNER I AGE: 18/UP This class is for the adult who has never played tennis or has had a brief introduction to tennis. The objective of this class is to develop a sound foundation of skills and understanding of tennis. Students are trained to develop court sense, ball control, footwork, and strokes. We will build a solid technical foundation and expose new players to basic strategy and rules. In this beginner open play class, students will have the opportunity to play against others with a similar skill set, all while engaging in a fun social environment. No prior experience is required.
