KEMPO KARATE - 45 MINS

AGE: 6-12

LIL' DRAGONS KARATE

AGE: 4-8

The Karate program is offered in three levels. Students will learn self-defense techniques against grabs, punches and kicks. They will gain confidence, self-control, discipline, strength, focus, respect, and build character. Sparring will be practiced with matches and sparring drills. The Karate program is offered in three levels. This is a fun class that teaches safety, life skills and martial arts. The focus is to improve coordination, cooperation, respect, balance, self-control and self-confidence. All classes are paid for on a monthly basis. Payment must be received prior to the first day of the month.
