Register online at www.mhreconline.com using the codes listed. The first month’s tuition is due upon registration. Note: A completed registration packet and copy of your child’s birth certificate and up-to-date immunization records will be required before program start date All students must be potty trained by the start of school No diapers or pullups

*Tuition is averaged to create equal monthly payments
