DANCE Camps

MED SCHOOL Camp LITTLE DOCTOR CAMP Discover the fascinating science of the human body with Little Medical School! Through hands-on crafts, games and role playing, participants will learn STEM concepts in a fun and unique way! From broken bones, to stitches, there’s something for every future healthcare provider and science lover Each student will receive a working stethoscope and a variety of projects There is a $30 materials fee payable on the first day of the camp Instructor: Little Medical School Staff Location: Community & Cultural Center, Poppy Jasper Room

HAWAIIAN DREAMIN’ CAMP This camp will allow students to explore movement skills across the floor, at the barre, and in fun games Campers will learn about the geography and culture of Hawaii with a daily craft, skills game and dance instruction Dance along to hit songs with your pals Moana, Maui, Lilo and Stitch The dance skills will focus on jazz and acrobatics basics At the end of the week parents can watch our costumed performance! *Dancers should dress in comfortable clothes they can move in and wear dance shoes or socks with grips on the bottom Students should bring their own snack and water bottle Students will take home a daily themed craft *$10 materials fee due on the first day of class Instructor: Gaylord Dance Location: Community & Cultural Center, Mira Monte Room Activity# Date Day Time Age Sessions SSK020 7/31-8/4 M-F 9am-12pm 4-9yrs 5 Fees: $210 / CRC Member: $200 FAIRY FUN DANCE CAMP This fun camp will allow children to explore movement skills across the floor, at the barre, and in fun games Campers will learn fairy facts with a daily craft, skills game and dance instruction The dance skills will focus on ballet and acrobatics basics At the end of the week parents can watch our costumed performance! *Dancers should bring a snack, a water bottle, and dance shoes or socks with tread Crafts will be supplied by the instructor *$10 materials fee due on the first day of class Instructor: Gaylord Dance Location: Community & Cultural Center, Mira Monte Room Activity# Date Day Time Age Sessions SSK021 7/31-8/4 M-F 1pm-4pm 4-9yrs 5 Fees: $210 / CRC Member: $200
