PICNIC AREA AND SPORT FIELD RESERVATIONS Many of our parks have picnic areas and sport fields that are available to reserve To make a reservation, please visit https://bit ly/mhpicnicsonline View our website for more information and rental fees: https://www morgan-hill ca gov/254/Park-Picnic-Rentals Special Event Permit To reserve a park for a special event a Special Event Permit is required Special events are those events that meet any of the following criteria: • Will have 50 or more people in attendance • Have a jump house • Have entertainment/amplified music A Special Event Permit application must be completed no later than 90 days before the date of the event Special Event Permits are available online at the City’s website at www mhrecreation com Special Event Permit Fees Under 500 people in attendance: $305* 500 people or more in attendance: $862* Alcohol Permit Exception for Picnic Reservations Reservations wishing to serve only alcohol at their picnic reservation WILL NOT REQUIRE a Special Event Permit The reservations WILL REQUIRE an Alcohol Permit The Alcohol Permit can be purchased and obtained through the checkout process while completing the reservation Please visit https://bit ly/mhpicnicsonline to reserve a picnic site For more information, please contact Nichole Martin at 408-310-4694 or nichole martin@morganhill ca gov Events under 250 people in attendance with no major street closures, please contact Jose Garcia at 408-310-4282 or • Alcohol or food sales • Charging an entry fee

HILL SKATEBOARD/ BMX PARK The Morgan Hill Skateboard/ BMX Park was built by the City of Morgan Hill for the enjoyment of the community The 15,000 square foot facility is designed for skateboarding, BMX and scooter riding with a variety of features including a unique bowl as well as an exciting street section
SKATE PARK HOURS
Monday-Friday 8am-Sunset Saturday and Sunday 8am-5pm Closed on major holidays and when park is wet due to rain SAFETY REQUIREMENTS* All users are required to wear, and secure, the following safety equipment while using the Park: 1 Helmet
2 Knee pads 3 Elbow pads
*For adequate protection participants should have their own safety equipment that is properly sized Safety Equipment that is too small or too large may not protect you from injury
