Aquatics RED CROSS LIFEGUARDING CLASS This class is designed to provide the skills necessary to be an effective pool lifeguard. Training includes CPR for the Professional Rescuer, Standard First Aid, Lifeguard Training. Students must pass a swim test on the first day of class. Passing of the class does not guarantee a position with the City of Morgan Hill. Proper bathing suit is required. For more information, please call Suzie Nguyen at 408.310.4251. 16TH ANNUAL 50+ BALL “NEW YORK NEW YORK”

HELLO TEENS!! Do you know that you can earn community service hours by volunteering in the YAC 50+ Ball this year?

Saturday, April 13th, 2024, from 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm at the Community and Cultural Center (CCC) Tickets are $25 and available beginning February 5th at the Centennial Recreation Senior Center Welcome Desk. The 50 + Adult Ball is Youth Action Council’s most popular and exciting event where over 100 (50 +) adults and over 20 teen volunteer waiters/ waitresses have a great time together. This event promotes a sense of community with performances, dancing, souvenir pictures, food, and much more! Volunteer Opportunity for teens ages 13-19 can be part of this memorable event by contacting our YAC Advisor, Chiquy Mejia at 408.310.4253 or chiquy.mejia@mhcrc.com. Mandatory Teen Volunteer Orientation will be on the same day of the event on Saturday, April 13th, 2:30 pm – 3:30 pm at the CCC. Snacks will be provided.
