22nd Annual Second Chance Week September 14−22, 2024

ADULT

Help the community and the environment by keeping your unwanted items out of the landfill! Each day of the week from September 14th through the 22nd is dedicated to encouraging residents to properly dispose of hazardous waste and to re-use, re-purpose, or donate items that they no longer need rather than throwing them out. The event will kick-off on September 14th and 15th with the popular Gilroy Citywide Garage Sale. 2nd Chance Week will end off with the Morgan Hill/South County Citywide Garage Sale on September 21st and 22nd . Our applications have gone paperless! The Garage Sale Application is available online at www.secondchanceweek.com. Information on how to apply will also be included in the August Utility Bill. Be sure to participate in one or all of this year’s Second Chance Week events and you’ll be helping both the community and the environment! For a complete schedule of Second Chance Week events, visit the website or call 408-310-4169.
