In total, $5.8 million is recommended towards Housing Programs. In spite of RDCS allocations and projects with BMR waivers pending, it is anticipated that $500,000 in housing in-lieu fee revenue for eligible BMR units will be received based on the $150,000 current fee. It has been a decade since the current $150,000 in lieu fee has been evaluated; in FY 16-17, an analysis will be brought forward to discuss the appropriateness of the BMR in lieu fee.
