The building is owned by the City and operated by the Boys and Girls Club of Silicon Valley. FINANCIAL COMMENTS The Building Maintenance Fund is an Internal Service Fund that recovers the cost of maintaining City facili- ties by charging the departments that use those facilities. An additional fee is charged for the scheduled future replacement of major building equipment, such as mechanical systems.
