The recommended budget includes a proposal to continue these transfers from all funds except Community Development and Housing Programs Fund. Community Development Fund will continue to be the contributor via Planning and Building activities, which includes the 15% adopted surcharge fee towards Long Range Planning. Much of the cost of the Morgan Hill 2035 project consisted of consultant fees related to the preparation of the General Plan, RDCS Update, Zoning Code and EIR documents.
