Project Description The City has three production wells which are no longer in service: 1) Condit Well, 2) Tenant Well, 3) Cochrane Well. The wells are no longer in service because of low production rate and/or poor water quality. This project would confirm the issues limiting or prohibiting well projection and then demolish appurtenances and abandon the well(s) per state requirements. The project would surplus any real property deemed no longer usable to the water utility. The project will be funded using a portion of the available monies in FY 2018 as identified in the 2015 NBS Rate Study for Future Projects.

Project Justification This is to comply with State requirements.
