FY 2018-19 and 2019-20 Accomplishments  Successfully transitioned program management of Park Place Afterschool Program from the City to the Boys and Girls Club.  In partnership with the Youth Action Council, organized a successful Youth Leadership Morgan Hill event and 14 th and 15 th Annual 50+ Ball.  Facilitated an average of 4,722 annual entries at the Skate/BMX Park.  Offered an annual three-part Summer Fun in the Park series at Galvan Park.  Facilitated a successful volunteer driver program for seniors in Morgan Hill improving access to transportation, programs, and services.  Led the Older Adult Services Strategic Planning Process.  Enhanced Volunteer recruitment and placement resulting in 8,000 volunteer hours.  Established Friends of the Morgan Hill Senior Center non-profit to support sustainability of the Senior Center.  Launched the Senior Support Endowment Fund and Giving Tree Program resulting in $100,000 increase in endowment fund.  Launched a Successful Healthy Aging week with over 500 older adults participating in a variety of activities supporting Healthy Aging and Aging in Place.  Facilitated over 47,644 annual program participation usage entries in Senior Center Programs.  Facilitated monthly Community Asset Builder (CAB) meetings to engage community-based organizations. FY 2020-21 and 2021-22 Activity Goals  Support the development and completion of the PRC’s and LCAC’s Council work plans (Supporting Our Youth, Seniors, and Entire Community; Preserving and Cultivating Public Trust)  Implement the Age-Friendly City workplan (Supporting Our Youth, Seniors, and Entire Community; Enhancing Diversity and Inclusiveness)  Continue to support the Friends of the Senior Center in growing the Senior Support Endowment Fund to ensure sustainability of Senior Center operations (Supporting Our Youth, Seniors, and Entire Community; Fiscal Sustainability)  Continue to partner with Boys and Girls Club to provide an afterschool program at Park Place Apartments (Supporting Our Youth, Seniors, and Entire Community)  Engage the Crest Avenue neighborhood and host a Summer Fun in the Parks Series (Supporting Our Youth, Seniors, and Entire Community; Enhancing Diversity and Inclusiveness)  Continue to provide support to the Morgan Hill Historical Society for operations of Villa Mira Monte (Preserving our Cultural History)
