 Evaluate and present options to the City Council addressing single-use items and plastic waste (Protecting the Environment)  Prepare and present ordinances to the City Council further greening new development (Protecting the Environment)  Finalize Urban Forest Management Plan (Protecting the Environment) Financial Comments In addition to the General Fund, other revenue sources for this program include waste tipping fees of $95,000, State grant of $11,000, and $34,000 in service contract fees from the City of Gilroy.
