The use of contract services is the Morgan Hill staffing model used to support staff’s efforts to ensure development projects are reviewed in a timely manner and to augment the team with specialized discipline related skills. The services performed by consultants are on an as-needed basis and include the following: plan check review of engineering plans, mapping reviews, stormwater plan reviews and compliance support, floodplain management support functions, and other technical services.
