Figures 3-3 and 3-4 show the patrol workload demands and SI for weekends in winter 2015. The workload exceeds the 60 percent threshold during the evening. The SI ranges from a low of just below 15 percent around 8:00 a.m. to a high of 64 percent at 10:45 p.m., with a daily average of 39 percent.
