Observations:
Average response times varied significantly by hour of day.
In February, the longest response times were between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., with an average of 27.5 minutes. In February, the shortest response times were between 2:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m., with an average of 5.8 minutes. In August, the longest response times were between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m., with an average of 35.6 minutes. In August, the shortest response times were between 4:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m., with an average of 10.0 minutes.
