Project Description The City owns parking lots in the Downtown and throughout the community at public and park facilities. These lots require periodic pavement maintenance and restriping which are addressed on a rotational basis each year. Starting in FY 18/19, the walking trails at Paradise Park, Wildlife Trail, and Linear Park will also be included in the schedule.

For FY 2018/19, the parking lot at the Outdoor Sports Center and the Linear Park Trail along Butterfield Boulevard from San Pedro Avenue to East Central Avenue are scheduled to be resealed and restriped.

In FY 2019/20 the parking lot for Railroad Park, the Wildlife Trail that runs from Edmundson Avenue to Spring Avenue, as well as the Paradise Park trails, will be resealed and restriped.

Project Justification Maintaining parking lot surfaces is a required maintenance activity.
