Project Description This project is intended to identify and evaluate trouble spots within the sewer system service area. Trouble spots, resulting from various causes (settlement, debris and grease accumulation, pipeline deterioration due to age), can reduce the capacity of the existing system and must be repaired to mitigate the deficiency and prevent potential pipeline failure. Project Justification Trouble spots cause a decrease of the capacity of the sewer system and can lead to deficiencies in conveying flows downstream. In order to continue to provide adequate levels of service, it is important to ensure that the capacity of the existing sewer mains is not decreased by debris or other causes.
