Project Description The City's fourteen (14) lift stations are periodically repaired and upgraded as part of the ongoing maintenance program. During FY 15/16 Lift Stations K & F improvements were designed. Improvements include: well coating, new motor assemblies, motor controls, and electrical components. These improvements are needed because each station is at the end of its life expectancy.

For FY 17/18, Lift stations J and W improvements are being constructed. For FY 18/19, K and F improvements will be constructed.

For FY 19/20, Lift Station F force main will be replaced. There is approximately 900' of force main connected to Lift Station F that must be replaced, as it is difficult to access, and the piping is failing. (Currently Unfunded)

Project Justification Routine maintenance and improvements are necessary to increase the longevity of the facilities and decrease the potential for failure. These projects help increase the level of service to existing customers, while maintaining reliable wastewater conveyance.
