• Update job descriptions as new recruitments commence and as needed to reflect positions' desired outcomes (Preserving and Cultivating Public Trust, Fostering a Positive Organizational Culture) • Continue to provide state-mandated AB1825 Harassment Prevention training to all non- supervisors, supervisors, managers, elected officials and commissioners (Fostering a Positive Organizational Culture) • Provide off-site HR visits to City teammates at other work locations to provide HR information and make presentations when needed (Fostering a Positive Organizational Culture) • Continue representation of Morgan Hill through participation in regional associations relating to Human Resources such as: CalPELRA (California Public Employers Labor Relations Association), HRPAG (Human Resources Public Agency Group) and SCCHRD (Santa Clara County Human Resources Directors) (Advancing Regional Initiatives) Financial Comments The fiscal impact to increase FY 2021-22 special counsel line item by $100,000 in the Human Resources budget is to retain legal counsel for negotiations of all 3 MOUs scheduled to expire December 2021.
