• Explore opportunities to expand electronic transmission of records to DMV, Parking Citation Management and Santa Clara County Court System. (City Council Ongoing Priorities: Enhancing Public Safety, Protecting the Environment)

Financial Comments Due to the anticipated budget deficit as a result of the COVID-19 Shelter in Place Order, the Records/Support Division will suspend all outside training and conferences for this division during Fiscal Years 20-21 and 21-22. Costs associated with training and conferences including registration fees, travel, lodging and meals are eliminated from the operating budget for a total of $13,172 over two years.
