Project Description This project is intended to construct improvements that support expanding storm drain system capacity in alignment with the 2018 Storm Drainage System Master Plan. In FY 2020/21 the capacity within Fisher Basin will be increased to support increased retention of storm water reducing the risk of flooding in the area and downstream through Fisher Creek. Future projects are being planned and prioritized and design will occur FY 2021/22. Project Justification Protecting residents and businesses from flooding is the responsibility of the City. The City collects Storm Drainage Impact Fees to increase system capacity as it relates to new developments contribution to the City's storm drain system.
