CITY OF MORGAN HILL Capital Improvement Program

Project Justification Extends the surface life of streets, thus reducing repair costs in the future. The 2020 Pavement Management System Update recommends needed rehabilitation and identifies the City's current pavement condition index (PCI) of 72 and maintenance backlog $27.82 million. The City needs an additional $1.1 million per year to maintain the current PCI and backlog.
