Financial Comments The project was prioritized for funding from the 2016 County-wide Measure B initiative. Funding for the design and land acquisition was funded through Traffic Impact Fees. The majority of the funding for the project will come from Measure B funds through the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority. Additionally, a limited amount of funding will come from Traffic Impact Fees and from Storm Drain Impact Fees (associated with new storm drain improvements), based on the award of Measure B funding.
