Financial Comments Staff anticipates advancing a number of significant projects during this budget cycle that will be funded by a carry - over of existing appropriations from the 2022 - 2024 Budget and expected fee revenue. These projects are also expected to be supplemented with as much grant revenue as possible.

The budget includes grant funding from the California Department of Transportation to advance grade separation design work.
