Financial Comments The funding for maintenance for the Civic Center and Corporation Yard is funded through the Building Maintenance Fund, which is an Internal Service Fund that recovers the cost of maintaining City facilities by charging the departments that use those facilities. An additional internal transfer is charged for the scheduled future replacement of major building equipment (Fund 741), such as mechanical systems, flooring replacement, etc.
