Financial Comments During FY2018-19 the Support Services Division will add a second story for the storage of evidence in the Property Room. This area is dedicated solely to the preservation and storage of evidence in accordance with state and federal laws. Over the years, storage of property and evidence has become voluminous and necessitates construction of additional space. This space will be constructed to store property and evidence associated to homicide cases. Higher storage above the floor will better preserve the integrity of evidence. The cost for this addition has been appropriated in the Building Maintenance budget (Fund 740).
