Recommended FY 2022-2024 Operating Budget and CIP

• Continued partnership with the Santa Clara Valley Habitat Agency to provide the following services: o Administrative Services Agreement to provide Agency Board clerk services, including agendas and minutes o Property Use Agreement providing office space for the Agency Office • Implemented virtual City Council, Commission, and Town Hall Meetings • Implemented DocuSign for contract and other document routing • Supported the Public Information Officer and call center during the SCU Lightning Complex Fire • Restructured job duties to support the organization during COVID-19 Shelter-In-Place order • Supported the Communications and Engagement role during COVID-19 Shelter-In-Place order • Worked closely with the Development Services Team to create a more effective process for informing the Community about development projects • Completed the Laserfiche Upgrade • Supported Communications and Engagement efforts and activities • Provided Zoom Meeting Management Training to cities and agencies throughout the state • Worked with IT to prepare the Council Chamber and Grand Conference Room for hybrid meetings and events FY 2022-23 and 2023-24 Activity Goals • Phase 3 of 3 of the Civic Clerk Agenda and Streaming system transition is in process and near completion (Preserving and Cultivating Public Trust) • Implement hybrid meetings for the City Council and Planning Commission (Preserving and Cultivating Public Trust) • Complete implementation of the new agenda management and electronic voting system (Preserving and Cultivating Public Trust) • Update and implement the City’s Retention Schedule (Maintaining Fiscal Responsibility, Preserving and Cultivating Public Trust, Protecting the Environment) • Re-establish tours of City Hall and Council Chamber to the various schools and youth groups within the community (Supporting our Youth, Seniors and Entire Community; Preserving and Cultivating Public Trust) • Continue partnership with the Santa Clara Valley Habitat Agency and SCCWRR Commission (Regional Initiatives) • Continue representation of Morgan Hill through participation in regional associations relating to Council Services and Records management such as: MMANC (Municipal Managers Council Services & Records Management (continued)
