Moving forward, the Long Range Planning Fund anticipates a draw upon the total fund balance as well as on-going revenue. Upcoming large projects include the completion of the Monterey Corridor Form-Based Code, Environmental Justice Element, Circulation Element Update, and adoption and certification of the 2023-2031 Housing Element.
