Division Description The Community Services Department with support from various operating divisions is responsible for all major repairs, preventive maintenance, capital improvements and future replacement schedules for all City facilities, including: • Police Station (740.3225) • Civic Center Campus (740.5150) • Corporation Yard (740.5715) FY 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 Accomplishments Police Department • Replaced uninterruptable battery supply (UPS) • Replaced server room Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Unit

Civic Center • Completed workspace improvements at City Hall • Installed security cameras • Converted parking lot lights to LED • Installed new boiler

Corporation Yard •

Replaced heat pump

Repaired Bus Yard fuel tank
