Per Election to Date The “Per Election to Date” column is generally for state candidates and committees that are subject to contribution limits. The Act does not contain contribution limits for local candidates and committees; however, local ordinances may include limits and other restrictions and reporting requirements. Local candidates and committees should check with the local elections office about reporting obligations under local laws. Schedule A Summary Complete the Schedule A Summary section by entering the total amount of itemized contributions ($100 or more) received this period on Line 1 and the total amount of unitemized contributions (less than $100) received this period on Line 2. Add Lines 1 and 2 and enter that amount on Line 3. The amount on Line 3 is carried forward to the overall Summary Page, Column A, Line 2. 8
