Aquatics Programs Aquatics Programs RED CROSS BLENDED LEARNING WATER SAFETY INSTRUCTOR COURSE AGE: 15/UP This Water Safety Instructor Course is a blended learning class, you will need to finish the online training before the first class session begins. This course, based on the American Red Water Safety Instructor Program, will certify students to be able to reach the following classes: Learn To Swim Levels 1-6, Preschool Aquatics Levels 1-3, Parent and Child Aquatics Levels 1 and 2, Adult Swim Lessons, General Water Safety, Longfellow’s WHALE Tales, and more. Students must be 15 years of age by the last day of class. Attendance at every class is required. You will need to be able to swim one full lap of all 6 strokes on the first day to continue the course, the strokes are Front Crawl (Freestyle), Back Crawl (Backstroke), Breaststroke, Butterfly, Sidestroke, and Elementary Backstroke. Requirements: Participants must have a basic swimming ability and be comfortable enough to cross the pool, unassisted/ without flotation device, with both freestyle and backstroke. CAMP H20 - FULL DAY AGE: 7-12 Make a splash this spring break at the Morgan Hill Aquatics Center! Campers will enjoy a week filled with swimming, water games, crafts, outdoor activities, and fun daily themes. Each day includes supervised pool time, team games on the lawn, creative projects in our Party Room, and plenty of opportunities to make new friends. Our trained staff ensure a safe and exciting environment for all skill levels. A minimum of 5 participants must be registered by, Monday, July 20th. Sunscreen, Closed Toed Shoes, Towel, and some swim experience is required. Snacks are not required but highly recommended as we have

CINECRAFT: SCRIPT, SCREENPLAY, AND THE MAGIC OF MOVIE MAKING! AGE: 6-11 In this hands-on filmmaking course, students step into the thrilling world of storytelling, performance, and production. From choosing a plot and genre to crafting scripts and acting out scenes, students will collaborate as a team to create their very own class film. Along the way, they'll strengthen creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills while having fun bringing stories to life. Students will take on exciting roles such as scriptwriter, director, actor, and camera operator, learning the behind-the scenes magic that makes movies happen. They'll design props, plan shots, and work together to shoot each scene, gaining an appreciation for both the art and teamwork behind film production. Once filming is complete, instructors will edit the movie and create a final version to share with students and parents as a special keepsake. This finished film is a celebration of their imagination, teamwork, and achievement-something they can cherish forever. A supply fee of $15 is due on the 1st day of camp directly to TalentNook Inc.
