ADULT TAP II - BEG/ADV BEGINNING AGE: 18/UP Come join the fun learning rhythm tap and expand your creative talents. A faster paced tap class for beginners or long time tappers who want to brush up on your skills. Classes will include dance warm-ups; cross-the-floor-exercises; and dance routines. Attire: Comfortable clothes appropriate for dance; or proper dancewear; tap shoes. Dance to contemporary as well as jazz music doing technical warm-ups; cross-the-floor combos; and dance routines. Attire: Comfortable clothes appropriate for dance or proper dancewear; tap shoes. Adult Fitness BUFF BONESĀ® AGE: 18/UP This medically endorsed fitness program for bone and joint health uses proven methodology to focus on bone strengthening and balance techniques. Pilates, functional movement and strength training are integrated to improve posture, strength and tone arms, hips and abdominals. Exercises are safe for those with Osteoporosis. A large portion of this class is performed on the mat and participants are required to be barefoot or in non-slip socks. Please bring a mat, light hand weights (3-5 lb) and a towel to class.
