ADULT BALLROOM CLASS - BACHATA & STYLING FUNDAMENTALS AGE: 18/UP Embark on your dance journey with this introductory ballroom class, tailored specifically for adult beginners. Participants will learn the fundamental techniques of Bachata in a supportive and structured environment—no prior experience or dance partner is necessary. This class emphasizes foundational movement, musicality, and styling, offering a refined approach to building confidence and grace on the dance floor. Each week, the class will progressively build upon previously learned material, culminating in a series of memorable combinations you can confidently use the next time you’re on the dance floor. Attire: Comfortable clothes appropriate for dance or proper dancewear. Smooth bottom shoes if possible. In this course, you’ll learn the essential timing, footwork, and partnering fundamentals that define this iconic Latin style—all in a welcoming and structured environment. No partner or prior dance experience is required. Each week, you’ll build on your progress, learning simple yet stylish combinations to take with you wherever you dance. Adult Sports INTRO TO PICKLEBALL FOR ADULTS AGE: 18/UP This class is a great way for brand new players to learn the sport of pickleball. We will build a solid technical foundation and expose new players to basic strategy and rules. In this beginner open play class, students will have the opportunity to play against others with a similar skill set, all while engaging in a fun social environment. No prior experience is required. Please bring your own pickleball paddle. Students will master scoring and get comfortable with the flow of the game, all while engaging in a fun social environment. Please bring your own pickleball paddle. The ideal student is a beginner or intermediate player who wants to improve their pickleball game to the next level and have a fun social experience. Please bring your own pickleball paddle.
