SKYHAWKS 1STDOWNTOTS AGE: 3-5 1stDownTots is a development program for kids ages 3 through 5 years old that uses a variety of fun games to engage kids while teaching the sport of football and developing fundamental skills. The goal is to build fitness, muscle coordination, football fundamentals and create a love of the game. We do not do any tackling or blocking at this level. No checking and appropriately sized sticks will be used.
