Class Cancellations A minimum number of participants is required to hold a class. When enrollment is low, the Community Services Department reserves the rights to cancel a program. Full refunds are given when a program or class is canceled by the Public Services Department. Members will be notified of a canceled class the Wednesday before the class or camp begins. Make Up Classes There are no make ups for classes you don’t attend. On occasion, a session may be cancelled due to weather, instructor availability, or unforeseen emergency. If Community Services cancels a class meeting, a refund will be issued, or a makeup class will be offered if schedule permits. Returned Check There is a fee for each returned check or rejected auto-draft. Scholarships Limited scholarship grants are available for youth recreation activities. The scholarships program is administered through the Centennial Recreation Center. To apply, contact the Associate Executive Director at jessica.redfield@mhcrc.com or call 408-782-2128. Accommodation If you require special accommodation in order to participate, please inform the program manager at the time of registration. For specific questions about Camps or Recreation Classes, please contact the Class Specialist at jamie.wills@morganhill.ca.gov.
