Training:  Extend training  to additional users (Supporting our Community; Fiscal Sustainability; and Fostering a Positive Organization Culture) Financial Comments Because GIS services are provided Citywide, the GIS Division was established as an internal service fund. As an internal service fund, GIS will accumulate costs related to providing GIS services, which will be allocated to various City departments based on their estimated usage of GIS resources.
