Observations:

 Sector 3 had the most calls and workload. It accounted for 30 percent of total calls and 30 percent of total workload.  Sector 3 had 42 percent more calls and 40 percent more work than sectors 1 and 2. Sectors 1 and 2 had similar call volumes and workloads.
