B. P OSITIVE F INDINGS As the above Table reflects, the EDD has been engaged in numerous activities throughout the 5-year period shown. Below are some of the more noteworthy positive findings for the Division:  Staff has prepared marketing materials identifying key development opportunities to facilitate acquisition and/or development of economically important areas in the City, which are available on the City’s website;
