Division Description The Community Services Department is responsible for all major repairs, preventive maintenance, capital improvements and future replacement schedules for the Centennial Recreation Center (CRC). Building Maintenance Centennial Recreation Center 740.2125

FY 2016-17 and 2017-18 Accomplishments • Recoated water slide and repaint stairs • Coordinated with Information Services to increase DVR storage • Installed an air freshener system in the locker rooms • Installed wall lockers in the fitness center and gymnasium to improve safety • Installed donor recognition signage for the Senior Center • Repainted multi-purpose room • Replaced coffee machines in the Senior Center • Upgraded Fitlinxx Equipment • Replaced and upgraded pool chemical controller • Replaced and improved locker room tile floors • Added additional gymnasium lines and improved the gymnasium sound system • Added hydration station in the east hallway • Redesigned the fitness center layout • Installed high efficiency heater for pool • Replaced major components of pool play structure • Replaced multi-purpose room tables and chairs • Replaced fitness equipment at the end of its useful life
