Financial Comments The Building Maintenance Fund is an Internal Service Fund that recovers the cost of maintaining City facilities by charging the departments that use those facilities. An additional fee is charged for the scheduled future replacement of major building equipment, such as mechanical systems. The Recreation and Community Services Department staff is responsible for day-to-day operations of the Centennial Recreation Center.
