Project Description The City has three production wells which are no longer in service:

1. Condit Well 2. Tennant Well 3. Cochrane Well

The wells are no longer in service because of a low production rate and/or poor water quality. This project would confirm the issues limiting or prohibiting well production and then demolish appurtenances and abandon the well(s) per state requirements. The project would surplus any real property deemed no longer usable to the water utility.

Project Justification This is to comply with State requirements.
