Financial Comments Design was completed in FY 2017/18 for a cost of approximately $32,000. The City is also eligible to receive $32,000 in Transportation Development Act (TDA) grant funding for this project. Estimated Project Schedule Timeframe Planning Complete Project Design Complete Construction FY 2018/19 Operating Cost Impacts The new bike lanes will require increased striping costs in excess of costs associated with standard lane striping. Replacement of the striping normally occurs with scheduled pavement rehabilitation or maintenance projects.
