Project Description The City currently owns the trash enclosure in the City owned parking lot on the north side of Third Street. This trash enclosure is used and maintained by local businesses. The trash enclosure must be upsized to increase space and meet required codes related to t he State Law (SB1383 of 2016). Per a reciprocal parking lot easement, the businesses will be responsible to pay the City back for these associated improvements. The City is currently discussing repayment options with these businesses.

Project Justification State law requires this improvement of City infrastructure.
